–When BUYING items we have quite a bit in stock – but not everything, it will say on each individual listing the size/colour in stock and you can also check out our facebook page: https://www.facebook.com/WearItOutnz/photos/?tab=albums to see what we have in stock for 1-3 day delivery, otherwise we may need to order them in which will take 7-15 working days to arrive, we will be in touch to let you know. 🙂 All of our ex-rental costumes are in stock for 1-3 day shipping. PLEASE read the terms and conditions especially #15!!Â
–All COSTUMES FOR HIRE on our website are in stock, however; especially in busy periods like Christmas/Halloween/St Patrick’s day may be out on hire, if so, we will be in touch to swap for something else or a different size or colour etc..we do have a big range so there is normally no problem, at anytime-if you are dead set on a certain costume please email us for availability: info@wearitout.co.nz BEFORE you place the order to avoid a 25% cancellation fee/$15 admin charge.
–We ship by overnight/1-3 day courier, signature required. If you are rural its a 3-5 day service ($6 extra) if you require Saturday delivery this is $6 extra also (we will be in touch) We can not guarantee delivery by a certain day or time due to courier timetables out of our control, you will receive the tracking number so it is up to you to get in touch with the courier company to organise delivery/pick up. Some larger items/multiple large costumes may require an extra postage charge – we will be in touch to let you know. We will allow pick ups for locals on a Thursday or Friday at noon, but will confirm via email.
–There is an extra charge for the south island which comes up at checkout which covers rural delivery also (we do get charged extra for delivery to the south island)
