Returns Policy

With purchases, we are happy to exchange for a different size/style as long as it’s in stock, if the item you want is not in stock and we need to order it in, there will be a $15 re-stocking fee, you will need to courier the item back to us and pay for the courier to send the new item to you,  or we are happy to leave a store credit here – valid for 6 months, but we do not offer refunds.  No credit given for courier charges.

Sales for the ex-rentals/clearance/sale items are as-is and final – no returns.

With the Pleaser shoes, if you need to return them there is a $35 restocking fee, we can either order you in another pair, or leave a store credit here for 6 months. You will need to pay courier charges for the new item to be sent to you. Disclaimer-Once they’ve been worn we are unable to exchange or refund the shoes, the life of the shoe will vary dramatically depending on wear (dancing/polework etc) so we are unable to guarantee their life.

When hiring, please choose sizes/costumes carefully bearing in mind costumes are generally on the smallish side, normally choose a size bigger than you normally wear (for women), as it is unlikely there will be time to change once it has been received (although we do try)-if we can get another to you in time we will, but there will be courier/rural/Saturday delivery charges as necessary which we can sort out, no refunds given unless the costume is faulty in which case it needs to be returned asap, not kept for the weekend then returned. Mens costumes are generally a normal fit – so choose the size you would normally wear.

When hiring, please send costume/s back after use asap (normally Monday after the weekend) by tracked courier

– if you are returning your costume in person, please return to 123 Bellevue rd, Brookfield, Tauranga 3110 and put into the secure parcel letterbox with your name and bank account number for the bond refund
