Shipping/Delivery Info

All our items are sent via 1-3 day signature required courier, when hiring there is an option for “return courier” in which we send you a courier bag to return the items in, after the hire period (generally over the weekend) you pop the costume in the courier bag and phone the courier for pick up…easy!

When hiring costumes, shoes etc.. items are sent 1 – 2 days before they are required, if you are hiring multiple/large items, need Saturday($6 extra)/rural(2-3 day service & $6 extra)/urgent delivery there may be extra courier charges in which we will contact you.

Although all care is taken on our end to post promptly, we can not guarantee delivery by a certain day or time as once it’s left us it’s out of our control, you will receive the tracking number so it is up to you to get in touch with the courier company, let them know the tracking number and tell them its urgent, that way you may be able to collect from their depot.

When purchasing brand new items eg: costumes, dresses, corsets, shoes, jewellery, accessories etc..we do have a fair bit in stock (it will say on each listing).  If we need to order it in, it will take 7-15 working days to get to you and we will let you know. Sometimes delays can happen such as customs delays, backorders etc – these are completely out of our control however we try our best to have these cleared ASAP, and we will let you know.

On facebook wearitoutnz, the “in stock” albums  show everything for purchase, that is in stock and can be shipped straight away,

Sorry we cannot post to P.O boxes – needs to be a physical address

There is an extra postage charge to the South island, which will come up in your cart once your address is entered (covers rural delivery also)

Tracking numbers will be emailed once items are sent.
